I got a car, so pick up is no problem for me.
Photos might help. Lots of poor condition stuff is attempted to given away free so photos will reassure people.
If you are forcing people to take all or none, you’ll probably be left with everything and have to pay for disposal. Isn’t it better just to let people take what they want?
