We have a 7:28am flight to Kagoshima (ANA) We're staying very near Ashibashi monorail station and I believe its a 15 min journey.
So the first train is 5:45am would get us to the airport about 90min prior? Is that enough? We'd have one checked bag.

Seems like plenty of time from my experience and the members there are usually good about ensuring people with flights departing soon get front of line benefits
That’s plenty. It’s a small airport, not hard to navigate.
The airport doesn’t even open until 6:00am. You will be more than fine.
Is it your first time flying? You’ll be fine.
The cut off for getting through security is 20 mintues before the flight so if you get the airport a little before 7AM you’re fine!
ANA has app (QR Code) check-in and self-check baggage so it’s easy
Also, 7:30AM isn’t early for Haneda. Loads of domestic flights leave before 7AM. My flight to Kagoshima leaves at 6:45 (again on ANA)
