So I was just on a Japan Airlines flight where it was delayed 2-3 hours due to being redirected from Haneda to Narita due to a plane navigation issue (emergency landing – we are still waiting to get off the plane).
Because of this we may miss our schedule for the Green Bullet train we booked w a 4 hour window.
Does anyone know what we are entitled to?
