Leaving from Shinjuku to Narita but have all day as the flight leaves 7PM. Any advice/recommendation for the last day to do some exploring in Tokyo, leave luggage stored somewhere and head out to the airport in time?

On sept 5th at 23:25, a woman in her 20s was slashed with a knife in Yoyogi 3-chome. The Police arrested a 19-year-old Chinese boy, who was standing at the scene, on suspicion of assault. He is said to have said, "I did it because I wanted to kill someone."
