What characters would you use for “No-Go” Night Vision Sight?

So I've been reading about the development of night-vision technology, and found that during the Second World War, Japan apparently produced an experimental night-vision device, called the "No-Go."

I can plug in "Night Vision device" easy enough to get 暗視システム
But I don't know what characters you would use to write out "No-Go" in reference to this system.

Does anyone know which characters would work best? Does anyone have any pictures of this system or know anything about it?
