The last 2 items in first 2 days should be swapped around. Ginza and Roppongi are closer to Asakusa, and the TokyoMetroBuilding and Kabukicho in Shinjuku are closer to Shibuya.
Everyone here hates those go karts, unless you enjoy being a public nuisance I suggest avoiding them.
Day 1: Unless you go first thing in the morning, you’ll not get up to the Metropolitan Government Building Observatory and down again in 30 minutes.
Day 2: Cut out the go carts, as they’re dangerous and loathed. Skip Ichiran ramen: it’s a mediocre chain, and the Shibuya outlet’s jammed. Skip Yoyogi Park: it’s a park on a Tuesday and nothing at all special.
There’s no way that you’re going to go to three different areas of Tokyo and finish up with going out drinking late at night after an overnight flight into Japan (from North America?) on your first day.
Please, don’t do the karts, everybody hates them.
