Need a tips for rental car in Sapporo at Mid Nov

I Need an input about car rental in Sapporo for my road trip this coming november

the route that I'll take will be

• Sapporo
• Noboribetsu
• Otaru
• Furano
• Jozankei

So I want to ask whether I should get a 4wd car ? I believe I should request the winter tire but not too sure whether I should get a 4wd car

also can I ask some car rental recommendation ?
