I'm going to move out in a month or so and want to ask wether is there a separate process to withdraw from nenkin and NHI or it's also part of the tenshutsu todoke?
Additional context, I was exempted from nenkin since I was a student so I don't have any lump sum to withdraw. Also, any advice going through the move out process is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
