Hello there
Parents of a baby girl that will soon turn 2, we've finally be able to put our daughter in a good Hoikuen, with a nice playground, in a quiet and safe area. The school team also seems quite competent, and after about 2 months, my daughter was finally be able to go there full time. It's her 4rth week at full time and I'm getting a little concerned, because we literally receive at least one phone calls a week for any reason.
The little one didn't sleep straight from 1 to 3, phone call. She have been touching her ears (we did inform them that she had a small otitis that is currently been taking care of) phone call. She had a cold during the weekend and is almost healed, no feever for the last two days and nothing except for a slight stuffy nose (been taking care of), phone call.
I'm kind losing a little of patience, because my wife is pregnant to the eyes and in her last month, but because of the regular phone call, she have to go every week, sometime 3 times a week, to get the little one earlier. I mean, if my daughter was having fever, or a cough or something like that, that wasn't know or becoming worrying, sure, I understand. But because she slept 1h instead of 3? Seriously?
Is this normal? Am I getting one of those monster parent we heard of. I mean I'm glad that they are not ignoring the little signs. But I can' imagine have to go back from work 3 times a week because "she have have a stuffy nose while taking medication…"
Does something similar happens to you?
