I have been living in Tokyo for a week now, and since Saturday afternoon, the water has been completely cut off because of the typhoon apparently. I have tried contacting the agency and the landlord multiple times, but I only get the typical “it’ll be back today”, everyday…
I am a bit helpless right now and I wondered if you guys had any advice on what you would do if you were in my shoes…can I legally do something?
For info, I live in a small apartment alone, on a monthly contract, and because of this I am clearly planning on moving out of that mess soon.
