Hi guys, this will be my second trip to Tokyo. Last time I stayed in Shinjuku. I'm wondering what other areas would you stay for easy access to some cool nightclubs or cafes? I'm not planning to do too much tourist stuff since I did that all last time. This time I just want to shop and hand out at cafes or nightclubs. Must be good for foreigners .
