3 Years Long Term Resident buying a second hand car, will the loan be approved?

Hi guys. Been here in 日本 for 8 years, Driver's License is Gold. Credit score is good I think. Anyone here had a successful loan of a 2ND HAND car only having 3 years long term visa? TIA!
