Our current itinerary is arrival in Tokyo on Dec 1st (Sunday).
4nt Tokyo, 1nt Hakone, 5nt Kyoto, 1nt Nara, 2nt Osaka then fly out of one of the 2 airports.
Should I got out of my way to avoid Kyoto on the weekends? So I would do Nara Friday, Osaka on the weekend, then Kyoto for 5 nights Mon-Sat. This would require a bit of back tracking and a longer bus to the airport when leaving.
