Can 私は be in the end of a sentence?

Here's the sentence from a dialogue I found in my textbook, the exercise is to say whether this sentence is correct or not. I'm not sure about this 私は though. Can it be used like this in conversation?

– そうですか。カードでも現金でも、必要なものは買うし、必要でないものは買いませんけど、私は。
