Need some help explaining grammar and translating VN sentences.

* “本当だったら、もし本当に叶えてくれると言うのだったら”.
* I translated this to “If that was true, if it was true that it was said my wish was granted” but I have several questions
* Why is もし and たら being used in the same sentence?
* is the の particle being used to state the obvious? The ”obvious” being 望み.
* “どこにだって行く” is the sentence shown directly after the sentence above.
* What is だって being used here for? I’ve learned that だって can be used for many meanings such as: too, even, after all, but, because, etc.
* At first I thought it was “but where have I went”?, but there isn’t a question mark after the sentence (which there should be if its written text using informal conjugation, right?)
* How does this this second sentence relate to the first sentence? For context I’m reading the VN called “Clockwork Leyline”, and the MC is transported to a school.

Sorry for the many questions, and I thank you for your time.

    – もし makes the conditional VERY apparent.

    * is the の particle being used to state the obvious? The ”obvious” being 望み.

    – I think it might be explanatory; の before です is almost always an explanatory の.

    * “どこにだって行く” is the sentence shown directly after the sentence above.
    * What is だって being used here for? I’ve learned that だって can be used for many meanings such as: too, even, after all, but, because, etc.

    – Might be “wherever s/o said,” so “anywhere”

    * At first I thought it was “but where have I went”?, but there isn’t a question mark after the sentence (which there should be if its written text using informal conjugation, right?)

    “If it’s true, supposing (they) say they really will fulfill (my wish), I’ll go wherever they tell me/ go to any lengths.”

    Sorry for the many questions, and I thank you for your time.
