Does the Suica Card work at book off and hard off chain of stores?

1. I mean sure but you can just use a credit card instead?

2. It does but I would just use cash or card unless you really wanted to have a lot of money loaded onto your Suica.

3. Yes, BOOK-OFF and pretty much all major chain retailers accept IC card payment.

4. If your only option is cash or putting the cash on a Suica card, it’s basically the same thing, just with one extra step, and limiting yourself to ¥20,000 at a time on Suica

   Best option is to use a credit card that has no foreign transaction fees
