The gyms in my area are quite limited, so when I was walking by my local Chocozap and saw the price I decided to go for it. I went in, a lot of the machines were broken, it was dirty, and it smells rotten, like mold. I didn't even want to try exercising there. The next nearest location is much further away, and I want a refund immediately. Has anyone tried to get a full refund from their chocozap? I cancelled as soon as I got out and sent an email, but with sign up costs etc it came to 10k. Is it a bad idea to try a chargeback with my bank?
