I have had an SMBC Ana VISA card for years, occasionally I've had to call the Support line shown on the back of the card to query the off payment, however when I recently tried to do so, the whole thing has become automated – there's no way , seemingly to be able to speak to anyone ! The same goes for their website. Has anyone else noticed this ? Is it
just SMBC or others too ?
