Looking for an official list of English vocab and grammar required for K-12 education in Japan.

Is there an official, government-made list of all English vocabulary and grammar required up to the end of high school? Everything they are required to study?

I'm hoping there's a standard curriculum listed somewhere. If so, does anyone know where can it be found?

I asked a teacher at my school and they didn't know. They just teach the textbook they are given. But it seems like the textbook must have far more vocab than is required as some terms are little used, especially at the level being taught. Also, different schools use different textbooks.
