Help- has my umeshu gone wrong?

Hi , basically the title.

I bought 6 bottles.of more expensive umeshu last year through furusato nozei.

Can umeshu go bad? 4/5 bottles are turbid with some particles floating inside. It's not pure umeshu, but with some added fruti flavor.

Only rightmost bottle is translucent.
