Itinerary check 16 days in December

Hello fellow travellers!

Me and my 8 friend's (early 20's) are all going to Japan for the first time in December. I was hoping to get some advice on our itinerary and whether or not it sounds achievable. We essentially want to do the main activities but also just walk around and see the cities and eat good food.

Honestly any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Here's our itinerary…

30th – Fly in at 9:15pm, Haneda to tokyo

1st – Tokyo – Chill, Sunshine City Mall, Daikoku Yokohama (car meet)

2nd – Tokyo – Shinkuju, Shibuya, Teamlabs Borderless

3rd – Tokyo – Akhibara, Mario street Kart, Skytree, Dormy Inn Onsen

4th – Tokyo – Chill, explore cafes, Ginza shopping district

5th – Tokyo – Mount Fuji day trip – lake kawaguchiko, fuji q highland

6th – Osaka – Tokyo to Osaka, Shinsaibashisuji, Dotonbori, america-mura, denden town, New World

7th – Osaka – Universal studios

8th – Osaka – Osaka to Nara (30mins) – Deer park, onsen

9th – Osaka – Osaka castle, Osaka aquarium, chill

10th – Kyoto – Osaka to Kyoto, Nishiki market, Gion District, Fushimi Inari Shrine

11th – Kyoto – Kyoto Station to Ginkaku-ji Temple via the Path of Philosophy – Bike ride, Onsen

12th – Kyoto – Monkey Park Iwatayama, bamboo forest, Chill

13th – Kyoto to Nozawa Onsen (4hrs), Ski

14th – Nozawa Onsen Ski

15th – Nozawa Onsen Ski

16th – Chill before catch shuttle to airport (flight at 4:05pm)
