Parking queries for Kawaguchiko, Korankei, Obara

Hi All, I am visiting Japan in Nov for the fall colours and am intending to rent a car for 2 parts of the trip for greater flexibility so would like to seek your advice regarding parking for these areas. Will be sharing my itinerary below for your reference.

19 Nov
AM
Pick up car at Nagoya in the morning and drive to Obara, to visit Obara Fureai Park and Semmi Shikizakura no Sato Park.
PM
Drive to Korankei from Obara and stay til the light up

21 Nov
AM
Pick up car at Mishima and visit Mishima Skywalk
PM
Drive to Konansou for check-in before going to visit Oshino Hakkai

22 Nov
AM
Lake Yamanaka
THE PARK cafe
KABA2 bus

PM
Tenkuu no Torii
Momiji Corridor/Tunnel
Oishi Park

23 Nov
AM
Chureito Pagoda
Honocho street
PM
Drive to Yokohama to return car.
Redbrick warehouse
Chinatown

Below are my queries regarding the above 2 places particularly on parking:

  1. (Obara/Korankei day) – I had looked up and noticed there is parking available at Fureai park. However, I would like to ask where to park for Semmi Shikizakura no Sato Park? Furthermore, understand that it would be peak season then, so when I drive down to Korankei, it would probably be around 1 or 2pm. I believe it would be crowded then, in that case, where would be good to park there, where parking would still available? I am staying on until the light up in the evening.

  2. For most of the Kawaguchiko areas, I had already looked up available parking lots but would like to seek advice regarding Chureito Pagoda/Honcho Street. I was informed that it would be extremely busy during that period. As I am staying at Konansou, I was told to visit Chureito/Honcho street during 6-8am instead where there wouldn't be any crowds. According to this link: https://en.city.fujiyoshida.yamanashi.jp/div/fiad/pdf/sightseeing/FJYtouristdestinationsandparkingmap.pdf
there are a number of parking lots P1-3 available. I would like to ask if I should choose one of them to park then walk to the other location (e.g. park at Arakurayama Sengen Park, then walk down to Honcho after visiting Chureito), or it is ok to park at P1, move on to take pictures then go to park at P3? Please do share other viable parking alternatives, with the google link if you do have better suggestions.
Additionally, as it is an early day, would it be wise to do both Chureito/Honcho on 22nd Nov then go to THE PARK cafe at 10am when it opens

**20 Nov itinerary is missing from above because Im checking out from airbnb at Nagoya that day and exploring Nagoya a bit, before going to stay 1 night at Mishima, so that I have more time for Kawaguchiko area from 21-23 Nov.
