hi, looking to buy shinkansen tickets early for more discount, for 2 adults from nagoya to tokyo. does anyone know the differences between smartEX and hayatoku 28? also, when i buy tickets, will they charge me in yen or local currency? should i use my multi-currency card when buying tickets or a regular one? thank you
