Hey, I was upgraded the middle of last week. I know it will be a while until I'm placed but received an email to register for CLAIR by tomorrow. I can't get past the first page though because I don't have a JET ID yet. I emailed my consulate but haven't heard back. Does it matter that I register by tomorrow since I was only recently upgraded? I'm out of NYC btw. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
