Just got a letter to renew MyNumber card. I have to go in person and not online whereas my son (under 20) can renew online. It’s not a huge deal and I’m guessing it’s because I need the chip inside it renewed which I’ve used for various things while my son has never used the chip. Anyone have similar experience?
