Planning a 3-4days self drive around Izu Peninsula end of Oct
Would love some suggestions how to best plan the few days there. Trying to work out logistics of driving, timing, and visiting must see areas
- What's the weather like in Izu end of Oct? too cold to walk down to the beach?
- staying 2 nights in Ito and 1 night in Shizuoka
- food/restaurant suggestions
- need to narrow down some worthy spots to visit as would need more days to cover more areas.
- Day 1 – plan to cover Atami, Mt Omuro , Jogasaki coast, Kawazu, Shirahama shrine – is this too much?
- Day 2 – Izu Panorama park, shuzenji, dogashima
- Day 3 – other areas we may have missed and make way to Shizuoka centre to explore there- suspension bridge.
