I booked a stay at hotel hankyu respire in Osaka in late October and tried contacting them with some questions via their email on their site but they haven't responded. Should I be worried? Should I cancel?
- I am trying to figure out if they lend out cribs and if so, can i reserve one?
- Also wondering how coin laundry works, do we bring our own soap? If so, what kind?
Anyone know?
