   Sagoshi, 2x Seared Hotate, 2x Seared Ika Mentai

   Tako, Sake Belly, Hamachi Belly, Otoro, Zuke Sake

   Seared A5 Grade 10 Wagyu, Hokkigai, Madai, Botan Ebi

   Best pieces imo, Seared Ika / Seared Hotate, Zuke Sake.

   Worst piece imo, A5 Grade 10 Wagyu…burnt flavor and truffle salt overwhelmed the flavor of the beef. I want to taste just meat, and freshly grated wasabi.
