I was wondering if anyone knows of any food thrift shops in either Tokyo or Fukuoka? I'm not looking for the branded bags, more like clothing. I’ve never been to one in Japan before, but I’m curious to try my luck and see if I can score some great deals! Any tips or recommendations would be much appreciated!
