Which traditional bank is the best?

Currently using JP Post, I have their debit card. But honestly I hate their website, their app, their customer service, and how all their support pages just go from one wall of text to another and then goes in a circle.

I don't really care about English support, I am a technically native speaker(2nd gen Japanese-american) and have passed N1.

I just want a bank that doesn't have a shitty app, and I don't have to worry much about ATM fees. Able to do basic things like autopaying rent, utilities, etc.

It's be nice if they provide a credit card but debit is fine, but I want it to be apple pay compatible.

Also would be nice if I can receive international wires without fees. Sending I don't do, I do receive money from my mom every month(1000USD) and she sends in USD so a bank with good conversion rates would be good.

So to make a short list

  1. Good app and apple pay compatible debit
  2. Little to no ATM fees
  3. No fee for receiving international transfer
  4. Good exchange rate
  5. Have physical locations(honestly I guess I don't need this, but it's nice to have"

  6. And lastly compatibility with paying for things like utilities and rent and etc.

And I've been thinking about investing in NISA but I already invest via Fidelity and Charles Schwab in the US. I wonder if it's necessary?
