So, I've been living in Japan for a wihle, and I keep noticing cars with crazy dark tint like you can’t even see the driver at all. I thought there was a law that says the front windshield and front side windows need to let in at least 70% of light?
Am I missing something here or are Japanese people actually can ignore the rules? LOL
Is it a misunderstanding on my part, or do folks just get away with it? Would love to hear if anyone knows what’s going on with this since I also wanted to tint my car if it's legal
