Before moving to Japan two months ago I did some research and saw many people recommending that others bring mouthwash and toothpaste from home due to the lack of flouride used in the products here. I brought some with me from Ireland but picked up a cheap 2-pack of Listerine in Don Quijote after arriving and have mostly been using that as my mouthwash. However, after looking at the ingredient list I can't seem to work out whether it contains flouride or not and I'm struggling to identify flouride-containing mouthwashes on Amazon Japan. Would anyone have a particular brand of mouthwash (as well as toothpaste) that they would recommend (and which doesn't involve having to go to a dental practice to purchase)?
