Hi so I am working in a foreign company that has a branch in Japan and I just cannot take it anymore. My boss is super toxic and it is affecting my mental health to the point where I sometimes wish something really bad happened to me just so I did not have to to to work. The contract says I have to give a months notice before i quit but I am wondering if there are any worst case scenarios here if I just tell them I have to quit on the same week due to personal reasons.
I do not care if I will be unemployed for a while or if I have to do teaching for a fraction of my current pay this is not worth it. Does anyone know if I will get support from HelloWork if I quit by my own will?
