DC alternate, I know there's probably a lot of other's asking around about this and they said I'm an alternate through December, but I was wondering if anyone would know when I'm likely to hear about an upgrade if I get one? I don't exactly feel safe in America right now and alongside being a fresh college graduate who does want to move to Japan, this is the time in my life where it would be least disruptive. I'm just trying to decide if holding out any hope still that I'll hear back before August is foolish or not.
