Where to fit in DisneySea and Ryokan stay for Tokyo/Japan visit?

Hello! I am currently planning a Japan trip for next year and need some advice. We are staying for 14 days and hitting Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka of course.

A little background: For Tokyo, we are staying 5 days, and one of those days is a designated Disney Trip. For Kyoto, we are staying about 4 days and Osaka about 3 days. I am going with a mixed age group and we are hitting landmarks, nightlife spots, and everything we can fit.

Though we are a big group (7) I am currently looking for ryokans we can stay in for just ONE night to have that experience. I want the breakfast, the mats, and the vibes!!! So I have 1-2 days planned for that to total 14 -15 days.

My question is: is it reasonable to stay in a Ryokan around the Hakone or Fujikawaguchiko area and plan a short day/half day trip to Kamakura? With only 5 days in Tokyo being only 4 because of the Disney Trip and another half day trip to go to the Studio Ghibli museum, I don't want to stretch this too thin and I don't want to be unrealistic. I was not going to plan anything but to stay in the ryokan before I realized that my Tokyo itinerary was getting too full.

And yes you may get the impression that my itinerary is packed but I already know so please no comments about that unless you are giving advice. I am still in the process of revising it. I have also planned international trips like this before so I know how much the group I am going with can and can not do!

My other question is: Disney sea in the middle of Tokyo trip or end of Tokyo trip? Note that Tokyo is either our first stop or our last stop before heading home.

Thank you for any help or direction to resources!
