  1. Love the gyoza skirt.

    If you’re really drunk and have cheese (I like Wisconsin cheddar) laying around, sprinkle a bunch in during the last seconds of the searing process and you end up with a chip-like cheese skirt holding the gyoza together!

  3. Every time I see gyoza, I get mad that I have to wait until 2023 for the next season of Dorohedoro :/ it looks delicious though
