If you’re really drunk and have cheese (I like Wisconsin cheddar) laying around, sprinkle a bunch in during the last seconds of the searing process and you end up with a chip-like cheese skirt holding the gyoza together!

my british ass thought that was toad in the hole
I have never in my 43 years heard of a dumpling skirt and my life is now forever changed for the better.
I never even thought about flavoring the slurry mixture. There are a lot possibilities for this. Wow.
Every time I see gyoza, I get mad that I have to wait until 2023 for the next season of Dorohedoro :/ it looks delicious though
