Hi, we booked a hotel at Henn na hotel ginza and we wanted our luggage to be delivered to the hotel from the airport, but it’s a robot hotel so we weren’t sure if there is anyone at the hotel to accept the luggage since there is no one that works at the front desk. I also read that you can pick up your luggage at a 7-Eleven or a family Mart, but I wasn’t sure if that was true. I know you can send your luggage from a 7-Eleven or a family Mart, but I wasn’t sure if you can pick it up your luggage as well. Does anyone have any experience with delivering luggage to this hotel or picking up luggage from a 7-Eleven or family Mart?
