Place to donate children’s clothes?

I’ve got a ton of clothes my kids have outgrown. I could take them to Mode Off etc. but I’d really like to donate them to a women’s shelter or to organizations that help families in need. Does anyone know of places like this in the Tokyo area? Thank you!
