What’s your best tips on alternative plans or ways to keep to your itinerary when it’s rainy in Japan?
I am traveling on the 4th, and staying for two weeks. Been following the forecast for a while and all I see is rain! I’m afraid I won’t be able to do many of the things I had planned.
