inexpensive polyurethane, boiled linseed oil?

Hi! I do a lot of woodworking.

I've been in Japan for almost 2 years now, and boiled linseed oil is one of those things I still haven't found a supplier for.

Where's that industrial supply house selling 5L cans of boiled linseed oil and polyurethane varnish for hopefully 3000-5000 yen?

Same goes for: polyurethane lacquers, epoxy finishes, gum spirits of turpentine.

Probably something else I'm not remembering at the moment.

While you can a danish oil (includes 1/3 part boiled linseed oil) at shimachu homes / d2 / cainz etc etc, it is only these tiny 500mL bottles for 3000 yen or something like that.

I go through this stuff by the gallon, frankly. I'm used to paying 800 yen/liter, effectively. not 6000!

I'm guessing the issue isn't that these things are more expensive in Japan,

but that I'm only seeing the hobbyist-sized containers, which are always far more pricey per unit.
