Easy cooking in Japan

Do you guys have easy recipe to cook and the ingredients is easy found on スパー? How often you cook?

I've been living in Japan for 2 months now, my problem is food because I'm not that good on cooking and started to feel boring with the same food everyday, while in my country I can eat everything with just just few taps on my phone.
