Annual pay to what actually hits the bank every month?

I’ll eventually be job switching post me passing N2 (hopefully soon). I’m currently working my first job here in tech, came straight from college at my home country to working here recently. What I’m realising is – for a claimed annual 6M pay it feels like what actually hits the bank post deductions is 30 万 and then post rent, food and other expenses it really doesn’t leave you much for savings I feel like(even coming from 3rd world). Now whether it’s the fact that bonus is included in the annual pay which seems to vary quite a lot, feels a bit misleading or other ‘benefits’ included as additional cost, it feels a little unfair.

I want to switch for no less than 8-8.5M whenever that happens. So, I wanted to ask for people that have worked here for longer, what pay translates to something like 50 万 per month take home post deductions? The negotiations, and getting decent pay hike itself seems like a challenge but I don’t want to end up switching only to realise a low % change in what I end up with every month+ the hassle that comes with changing a job etc.
