Is it still safe to consume raw tuna being discoloured two weeks in freezer?


Brought some fresh bluefin tuna two and a half weeks ago and froze portions in vacuumed bags in -12 Fahrenheit, defrosted in fridge with paper towels, it’s no longer red like it was fresh is it still okay to consume raw?
