- Night: Vowz Buddhist Bar (if not too tired)
Day 4: — Ikebukuro & Shinjuku
- Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo, Sanrio Café
- Don Quijote
- Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building

Day 5: Hakone
- Get Hakone Free Pass
- Take the Hakone Tozan Railway
- Hakone Museum of Art
- Shinwatei Tea Room
- Gora Park
- Hakone Open-Air Museum.
- Chokoku-no-Mori Station.
- Tenseien (gardens and shrines).
- Hakone-Yumoto Station for dinner
Day 6 – Hakone
- Bus to Hakone-Yumoto Station.
- Explore Lake Ashi and Torii Gate/Shrine area.
- Lunch at Bakery & Table Hakone
- Onshi Hakone Park
- Hakone Checkpoint Museum
- Lake Ashi Pleasure Boat

You’re missing Owakudani, Hakone’s main attraction.
You’re also missing the hike from Ryuzu falls to Yumoto in Nikko. Day 11 is basically empty since the bridge and temple are pretty close and you don’t need more than a couple of hours in both.
