Looking for great omakase or general sushi in Kyoto

Hey there.

Looking for help please as overwhelmed!

Looking for mid-range omakase – no more than £100(ish) per person please (GBP).

Ideally looking for one which is substantial/filling/satisfying and is worthy of a birthday celebration!

Alternatively, if not Omakase would love some recommendations for mid-range sushi, again worthy of a birthday!
