  1. How’d you like it? Bet it’s better torched. We found it too chewy when we had it in Japan; At the time we didn’t know such a thing existed and wondered why this toro was so chewy and somewhat bloody, if that makes sense. Though I’m itching to try it again, now that I know what cut it is.

  2. Kama Toro is my absolute favorite piece of sushi. Doesn’t appear on many menus because there’s just not a lot of it.
