I believe you can pay a few hundred yen per month over the course of a year or two for various chairs / beds / desks / sofas / drawers / shelves etc.
I believe the items are delivered, you play a flat fee each month. Then they remove the furniture when your contract is done?
Curious if anyone has actually tried it AND what happens at the end of your term. Does Muji actually come back to the apartment to take it away?
Seems like a wonderful way to avoid dealing with figuring out how to get rid of furniture if you have a short term lease.
