I tried searching the sub but couldn’t find a direct answer. I know that if we book the observation deck seats online that it covers the romance car premium itself and not the base fare. I’m wondering if when we arrive to the station, do we need to go to the ticket counter and show them the email of receipt to get a physical ticket, or is the receipt enough? We’re taking it from Shinjuku to Hakone
