Non native here – and understand the challenges that a local real estate agent would have language-wise in dealing with foreigners
Wanted to check with the folks here – is a buyer agent mandatory for viewings? i.e. if I view with a Japanese friend, does that make it ok?
And If there is no buyer agent, does the seller agent collect fees on both sides? 3% + 60k?
