Chase debit card is not working at atm. Anyone can help?

I’ve tried it at 7 eleven and family mart. I get an issue everytime. Card cannot be serviced.

Can you advice me what stores take it or banks? I called chase and they said there’s no restrictions and I do have the debit card setup via Apple Pay if that helps.
